What sold me on them was the first time I went there I requested a very sophisticated type of wheel balancing as no other shops could balance my wheels correctly. When I asked for that, they said they had no problem doing it but it probably was not needed as they have seen that problem before. They offered to try to balance my wheels on the less expensive machine first and if they couldn’t get it there they would move it to the other machine. This shows they are looking out for the customers best interest not just money which is hard to find in a mechanic these days"
